Testimonials

Bettie B.

Lori was instrumental in ensuring that my clients received the products and services that they needed to live a life with the greatest independence and autonomy possible. She creatively problem solved to overcome procedural barriers and communicate the importance of technology to funders. She constantly modified and improved her service delivery strategies in a constantly changing regulatory environment. She was able to explain complex funding challenges in a way that was accessible and actionable for me as a clinician who struggles to understand how to obtain funding for durable medical equipment and assistive technology. I appreciated her insight into helping others get their wants and needs met respectfully and effectively.

LISA J.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond to get the ceiling lift covered under durable medical equipment funds and the approval for widening the patio door for (D) to go outside whenever he wants, independently!
